Here is some trending 4C data that the market might be considering to arrive at a 1.7c bid price.
The average quarterly operating costs of the business is currently rising faster than the rise in operating cashflows. These figures to not include cash outflows from Investing and Financing activities, just operating cashflows. Nor do they include govt incentive payments.
This calls for seismic changes in operating expenses, revenue (cash) or preferably both to avoid another capital raise.
I will happily double my holdings of SP3 if there is a sustained reversal of these trends.
one QTR of near operating cashflow break even counts for nothing. Otherwise Q4 FY 21 of $333,000 positive operating cashflow would have surely meant the company would currently be making record profits... right?
kickit2me, by all means be a champion for SP3, as we all want this stock to do well. But please, stop trying to mislead other investors as to the true state of the financial position it is in.
