I think the set of circumstances we have is far from that, as the lack of serious selling at $3.00 suggests no one is going to get control without a big increase in price. Again every day we move closer to the holyy grail of production and even the big instos like Vanguard know that the medium term gains are going to be worth the wait. They are not selling! It's retail that is selling and our register is getting more concentrated. Only a large increase in the price will entice the big holders to sell imo.

Lack of serious selling? Hancock has got 20% buy buying under $3. That's a big chunk...

And as soon as the board recommend the ALB offer at $3 there will be a heap of people handing their shares over including TG himself.
