that solid line is what got/gotted/getzsubmitted to nasdaq for the registration. they must provide a valuation with the application to meet the SP rules.
secret squirrel stuff but it it will be there before the application is approved. hence why aussie stock price is a sorta side issue in the greater scheme of things.
the 100:1 is a thing.... the aussie SP is fluff.
