MMR's price was under 10c when Talbot (Rest His Soul)
came along and took out a 10% - 50c per share - stake, based on the contingent amounts of the resource (in-situ).
The price rocketed to reflect it.
At 4c, i can see every possibility that someone big comes in and gets a farm-in stake for about 20c/p/s in the short-term, before the resource is mined or assays are improved, just in case.
