Maybe AP knows or is expecting (can't officially "know" as it would be insider trading so let's stay with "expecting") a big re-rate in SP based on the multiple increase in certified resources. We all know it's coming but somehow market can't see it at the moment with all the negative sentiment across the board.
We'll know soon how many he's purchased as it will have to be disclosed.
