it’s not a mining or energy company - this revolves around the research and licensing arrangements with City of Hope and Prof Fong for example and the relationships that exist. Those agreements might have trigger clauses around retaining key staff and so on in order to protect what the IP is achieving. It might not thwart a hostile TO attempt but there would also need to be an independent experts report on what it’s the optimal manner of monetising the IP. So don’t see the current poor share price as the entree for a cheap takeover. There would be much to do and much ado about a lot if something appeared from the sidelines.
