If you want to improve your health stop eating shit and drinking cool drink, and stop drinking grog excessively.
If you want to live longer reduce your weight and exercise.
If you want a job go and get one there's plenty out there.
If you want a good job do an apprenticeship or study at university, there's never been a better or easier time for an atsi person to do it.
All individual choices that EVERY on of us can and should make every day of our own lives.
