An Update for anyone just joined.

The NEATS website for application PEP11 the 4,500sq klm off the coast of Syd-NCL has had a status change which might turn out to be the last before the recommendation from NOPTA is handed to the Joint Authorities (JA comprising NSW Labour and Federal ministers for resources)
This has all come about from a Federal court ruling that deemed that Scott Morrisons actions to not approve NOPTAS last recommendation to drill was unjust.

I dare say that we will be back in court pretty quickly should these Labour ministers not follow the due process and the law.

Approval to drill might be this month as NOPTA have been quite slow to update the NEATS portal of late.

Bottom line here is HOW HARD SHOULD A SIMPLE LOW RISK DRILL BE?

Maybe Australian politics needs a broom! Then we can get some people in that actually care about doing WHATS RIGHT!
