Read it and it's apparent that it's not about a magical Voice - it's sinister. The proponents are sinister and their Commo bent should be a major concern.

The proponents claim to have not ceded Sovereignty (that never existed).

The "Trojan Horse" is that this is apparently vital to closing gaps but in FACT it's all about claiming an irreversible part of Government.
