An old haunt from my early teen days playing with Dad and later with a few mates … then a gap of 40 yrs … Royal North Turramurra weekly, about to start another weekly game at Warringah … occasionally at Bayview and Mona Vale … played Avalon once in 35-38 deg and vowed never to play there again.
We won the big one off annual commodores cup for our sailing efforts Saturday from 14 boats and I think we are sitting second in the 2023 series with 2 races to go.
Tomorrow’s Twilight race (crewing on a different boat) apparently has typically 70 yachts in 4 divisions so the start should be hectic lol.
