One thing that can be said about AVL and their financial model is that its open and transparent, presented warts and all for investors to analyse, because they did release their BFS. The same can't be said for TMT who have thus far refused to publish an updated detailed financial model, despite repeatedly telling the market that it was in preparation. This saga, namely the release of "integration study including full financials", has now gone on for nearly two years. I guess talk of the merger means this little item gets wiped from their list of priorities. Its simply a disgrace.
