SBL - I believe in the potential and the potential to me is the story, I do however keep assesing events that could change things fundementally. A risk , as small as you perceive it, of losing 40 million in cash, potentially after they have spend another 20 -30 million on drilling for a company with a market cap of 140 million odd is big.

I have bought the story in a substantial way, but I always keep a watching brief. At this point the general market is more of a concern than this claim against Tap

A while ago another CEO of a similar sized oil compnay said Tap reserves were overestimated based on his assessment, and he had seen the assets up close. I thought he was a bitter dude at the time but after the recent Wollybut reserve downgrade maybe he was right
