Personally, I am of the belief that all of the statements made by SN were made in good faith even if. for a first-timer. they were over-optimistic. From my limited knowledge of SN, he is a very optimistic person. I have no problem with this as it is the optimistic people that get things done. The fact that they are going offshore for the Precinct processing plant suggests that there are difficulties doing such things in WA and it may not be the fault of the suppliers. Rather. the delays may relate to the suppliers to the suppliers - going as far down the chain as you would like.
