A few points:

377,000 shares were sold at between 5.1 c and 4.1 c today. holders are happy to sell at well under your 8c number.

Lets just say for now that your 8c number is the market value.

With 100 million shares to issue to the vendor plus 61 million to raise the cash needed (at 5c say), the total amounts to 370 million shares.

370 million x 8c = $29.6 million market cap on your valuation.

At today's close the market says its worth $8.6 million, less than a third of what you suggest.

I say that wont happen Silver. Lets observe over the next 2 months and see if the resting price after the new issues is closer to 2c or 8c.
