Doesn’t pass the sniff test.
If LRS are already 12-18 months ahead on progress alone and are producing in 2026, a 2027 production date for WR1 would mean the Canadian govt permits WR1 in the same amount of time as the Brazilians will permit LRS.
I don’t know anyone that thinks Canada can permit on the same timeline as Brazil or even anywhere close.
Talk is cheap - actions are what counts and the Canadian govts actions have always demonstrated approx 5-6 (or more) years to obtain permits.
