It's well documented that the main reason for Medusa's low PE ratio is because analysts look at the JORC and estimate a mine-life of 5-7 years. Yet since i first invested in MML some 18 months ago the reserves are being contnually increased, despite massive rise in production. That is likely to continue as today's presentation indicates. MML has said countless times that the complex narrow high grade veins make long-term resource estimates difficult. But in the numerous analyst reports i have read re MML... not once have i seen any acknowledgement/consideration that the continued mining of this complex structure makes the discovery of another 'Great Hamish' quite possible, and perhaps even quite likely.
