This is what they said in the 2023 Financial Reoprt - no mention of a MoU.

"The Company is fully compliant with the DRC law and Mining Code and is in possession of all favourable opinions asissued by the government departments to convert its exploration licence to an operating permit."

You say that the MoU "shouldn’t slow down our efforts to secure the ML".
But today's announcement appears to say that we now have to negotiate and complete a MoU
as an additional step before we can get the ML issued.
