Excellent article Rollcage, looks like the analysts see some positive indicators for RE amongst all the worlds crises and the worlds desire to bring on the 4th industrial revolution. A potential strengthening of RE demand and prices heading into 2024 due to supply issues couldn't be better timing really for MEI with the amount of exciting news forecast for next year. Meanwhile the market is doing what the market will do.
