From my limited understanding the royalty rate maybe around 10%.
If they receive around $40 US, then they'll receive around $65 per test Aussie. The rest will be paid to a mix of different places, including Sonic and all the other companies that provide the tests.
The sales should be at least 5% one would think after they gain market acceptance and seeing there is more than 32 million sufferers, that figure I think is pretty low, which would provide Proteomics with healthy revenues of at least 100 million per annum. Not sure how long this uptake process will take and it's not going to happen overnight, of course, but the company will surely be worth multiples of what they are now in a year or two if this type of revenue is consistent or growing and then they have other much larger markets in Europe and Asia too to generate revenue as well. In my opinion it's no brainer to invest in it. Please DYOR.
