I thought a couple of top 20 and and other major holders are on here.
Surely instead of giving up and letting management steal the company we could rally 10%+ of the shareholder base and force a meeting and vote to oust management if need be.
Or at minimum enforce some consequences for what has been lazy and perhaps intentionally mismanaged to keep the sp down.
Not even buying shares at .011????? pretty sure we might have several means of taking legal action at this point, would have to do some research but this is extremely suspect.
Would strongly recommend the bigger holders on here such as Berserk, Dan and the professional have themselves a meeting because this just reeks imo
