Yes but it's not typical!! It was approved years ago. Had to go to court. Taken over 10 months just to tick over to Assessment stage instead of 2-3 months, all paperwork were already supplied years ago so it should've been quicker.
Think Labor told NOPTA to stall. Now they've been to see Japan, there could be a rush on to approve to show Japan we're committed to them.
