From Nuheara Prospectus sales and marketing investment required to expand the points-of-sale, including in-store displays & advertising which is expected to drive sales; • working capital including materially increasing production ahead of expected increased sales ahead of the business reaching the scale required to generate sustainable profitability
My post on the 19th September
The main issue is, if they are indeed inthat amount of stores ( and not just virtually in the majority and in store insome) and they are taking the same amount of kit as best buy ( 3 per store )then the next capital raise is going to be a whopper, as that would be12,000 units just for stocking purposes and the distributor would need 3 - 5 onhand to replace them as and when they sell and they would have to be working toa forecast by walmart of at least 24,000 units minimum which would have to bemanufactured, made, delivered and on hand for walmart to draw down from the distributor- so if that is indeed the case the capital raise this time around would be amuch larger raise than any that have gone before it, given the lead timerequired to manufacture and distributor the units that would be required.
Tricksters replyWhy would it have to be a whopper? Theyhave enough stock on hand for an initial stocking and then some
As i said, it would have to be a whopper - and it is. It was always coming, as if you understand retail, pos and logistics, you can see clearly there was not enough stock, POS, to make that deal work as it stood.
