they could do a cash and script deal of double the current offer (new offer of 70c a share combined script + cash) and that still puts the combined AVL TMT market cap at 260m, so plenty of room to sell for a profit or whatever they want to do.

the fact a better deal is out there is why so many of us are voting no. AVL need us, so they can buy TMT for AT minimum their own market cap of $120m which puts us at 57c a share.
