After a couple of hours searching, I finally managed to track down the coordinates for the new plant.
The link provides a view from what will be the entrance of the new plant, looking back towards the buildings in the distance which form part of the original industrial park in Lulea.
This capture is 3 years old, but if anyone has a subscription to live satellite access, it would be possible to follow changes as they occur on site.
LAT: 65.56281
LNG: 22.28126
These coordinates should fall within the boundary of the plant, .... happy to hear from anyone with access.
