    Hey Goldi - agree with your post here in that it makes sense for her to hold off buying more if she or her team sees a drop in price near term which is not currently happening.

    I have seen this sentiment thrown around a bit that the share price will tank should ALB pull their offer. I'm man enough to admit my knowledge of the markets isn't the best, I'm wondering by what mechanism would cause this drop in share price?

    If we are just talking mass panic that the deal has fallen through then surely that doesn't hold up unless some seriously poor news is released along side (i.e a failure in DD)? Who would sell? Gina - no. TG and the BOD - no. Most shareholders in the know - no. I don't see it?
