I agree with all of your points @DaisyA.
In case of a takeover we will get more than $3.
And the longer this goes on the more valuable LTR become.
I don't think Hancock is going to make a deal with ALB. It's a low possibility because Hancock started buying just after a few days later around $2.70 on April 3 when LTR announced ALB's $2.50 bid was rejected. That means Hancock was making plans about LTR on it's own before that. What was their plan? It might be a takeover plan!
And that means Hancock's plan now will probably be making a higher offer.
There is another sign which supports that idea; Hancock said on their last press release that Hancock did not currently intend to put forward any director nominations at Liontown's upcoming Annual General Meeting. As you know if they were in the board they wouldn't be able to make a takeover offer.
When it comes to if ALB could make a higher offer against Hancock's offer if it's made; I think yes ALB could be able to make a higher offer as I said before. It's not that hard if there wouldn't be be big gaps between the bids.
