Thanks for that every bit helps.
I talked with the company secretary today, his main concern was that he placed Greenstone as an exploration company, so that is why I placed the previous mining experience at the top of the letter.

Anyway all we can do is have a go.

I will do a mail out Friday asking the larger holders to fill the form in. I will also be viewing and comparing the share registry on friday in Melbourne I expect as I have approval for that.
