    Point to Note from what RBS did with its loans to CNP. RBS sold their loans at 40c to a dollar. WHY?

    If they call it back and go for liquidation they get less than that by selling assets at fire sale prices.

    Hence, I think if a bank has had enough with AEZ they would sell their loan at a discount to get out rather than liquidate AEZ
