I'll tell you a story grass hopper. I bought a specki parcel in Cassini Resources whey they bought Nebo-Babel (West Musgrave) from BHP who acquired the tenement when they bought Western Areas. If my recollection is correct (and my memory is not as good as it was after I had two strokes in 2021) that holding ended up being a six bagger for me after converting to OZL shares, Caspian shares and a cash dividend.

I ended up selling my OZL and putting the money and a bit more into CYM. Not a winning trade. After all that I am probably still ahead but of course i would have a lot more money in the bank if I had not sold the OZL for CYM.

All of this is specki money for me. Maybe I should put more money into real estate but I love the stock market and I would rather not deal with body corporates, strata management and real estate agents based on experience and I'm flat out managing my little piece of bushfire prone bushland without worrying about maintaining other property.

The best thing you can do, in my humble opinion, is to save your money, which evidently you already do, and also travel and read broadly (although I doubt you are a well developed reader).

I don't come on here looking to stroke my ego or pick a fight but evidently others do. I'm too old and too busy to waste my time with that.
