Then if no one has built a hedge or counter stake in the company as you have suggested wouldn’t that mean there really isn’t that much interest in the company?
I think by memory there was barely a 50% take up by existing holders for the heavily discounted CR.
So, how does that I still confidence going forward for any possible deal?
And even if there is a deal, and that’s a big IF, what teems & price given the share price is languishing at all time lows? And hardly any news flow?
And the company talks about inflexion points? (1) FDA approval for bile duct? (2) German trial approval?
What about sales in the UK? It’s been almost 3 years and we have yet to see one implant sale?
Meanwhile, the cash burn is continuing at circa $3 million per quarter and hardly any sales?
