My remarks.
- For these oil and gas CFs, I map out/model the CF for 20 years, assuming there is enough gas there.
- I would also add a LNG pricing component in there. Speculative, but the writing is on the wall (the big guys will want to keep that for themselves and cut us out of it) and with a $20GJ net back it makes a big difference.
- I compute a terminal value by rolling up the CFs in Y20+ to the end of field and applying an EBITDA multiple. The 20 y CF makes a difference compared to working out terminal value at Y5.
