I am surprised by the timing of the CR - not that a CR occurred. We were all expecting one before the end of the year.
If they had waited until the end of October, they would have taken advantage of an increased SP. A CR now has just hammered the upward trend we have seen over the last couple of weeks.
Just think the timing could have been better thought out.
