i gather you are aware of the events that have unfolded with the corruption scandals since the ML news? twists and turns have unfolded that nobody could have predicted and the AVZ board are having to navigate a vary precarious position that the company finds itself in; and are doing a damn fine job of that. this isn't a straight line, so yer MOU is one step and I'd be guessing with many contingencies in place to appeasing the DRC on a path forward to re-establish the ML.
