Actually, you have it in reverse. There's no need for CR should the company appreciates in value. PFS among other things need to help realise the current enterprise value of, Prairie alone $170-$800M (from the current sale price of $48M MC) and the company will have further funding from exercise of options for the short-medium term.. in addition to the $10M just raised and remaining cash in hand. It would also allow the economics for competitive loans (if there's a need especially if quickly scaling to production with modular approach).
Investors, not too different to ourselves, won't let further depreciation because anything lower than 1.5c/share would render options useless and would in turn cause for a need to CR.
You won't see accurate buy and sell on show. Let's just say, if share price drops even further to, say 0.010/share, that's like a sale price of an already sale price and the opportunists won't think twice to grabbing hundred bricks - if anyone stupid enough to sell at such a price.
In summary, we've seen the low. Pretty obvious. Will only stay consistent or otherwise go up from here. The only thing that would depress the valuation even further is bad news... but then the company has acquired Prairie Lithium now, in the middle of North America away from wars and on a jurisdiction that not only supports but encourages mining to thrive and become world leaders in cost and profit margin.
Dare I ask, the uncertainties of similar projects? LKE for instance in hyper inflation Argentina? VUL in NIMBY Europe? Nationalists trumping capitalism in others.
I'd encourage people to research Prairie Lithium a bit more. There's a reason why AZL's progress as a company is predominantly this king in the North. 5.7mte is only just the beginning and very very quick to scale. I'm confident you will see what those of us who's tracked this project since day 1 that cost is cheap to scale and gets cheaper as it scale, once economics are laid out on feasibility for everyone else to notice.
Best wishes to all fellow shareholders and hope to see you at AGM.
