So do we assume that the issues raised are the reason the SP is still staying put?
If so, surely then it is the big end of town preparing the SP for a nice dilutive raise, or for an el cheapo take over.
Is it possible they (PAR) can do a deal with a heavy hitter themselves before either of the above occur?
