I think NOPTA have made their decision regarding the 2020 PEP-11 application by now, and I assume they are formalising their documents which will then subsequently be given to the Joint Authority.
Skypunter, I assume you have already made your FOI? I encourage others to do a freedom of information request by emailing: [email protected] and [email protected]. Once the original requester has paid the ~$580 (Skypunter?), everyone else will be put on a waiting list and notified once the FOI becomes available ( for free, in ~1-2months).
Show them no mercy. This time things will be much different.
