With respect, I have been on hotcopper since 2017-2018, a lot of your posts are relating to PPG. At one stage, your admitted that you are associated with PPG, and working for them as a white collar worker. Also, a lot of your posts showed that you are admiring Ruffle, in fact, none of of your posts have offended him compared to us share holders here.

Having said that, your theory states that 20% of white collar workers might jeopardies the company's profit. This is not true. I would like to say , throughout PPG and PGH history, at the back, they had slaughtered many top officers in the companies, and it does not lift the profit nor share price. With PGH, they had removed Malcom Bundley (the last CEO) but the company still sh*t. But it has improved because of the economy. It's only when Sanjay chose not to sell out the contract manufacturing division, because he's Ruffle's puppet. He said no, and sp dropped as well as the company profit.

Last August, I interviewed Sanjay, and my questions got axed from the recording, but a few guys up here can confirm my speech. As the result, Sanjay agreed to sacrifice his 2021 bonus for not selling out contract manufacturing division. You can check the post back then. So, what is the issue? Ruffle Baby, he got upset. So he wanted to privatise everything.

Instead of you defending him, please read back all the articles related about him in regards about Loscam? The rejected shop etc.. All failed. I am saying stop defending for him man!! The bloke end of the day couldn't privatise one company and he got upset where he forgot his own duty as a chairman to protect shareholders value.

If he couldn't privatise one company, how can he know the share price going to be dropped? According to his plan?

What if the new proposal plan to be sell out the manufacturing division and sack Sanjay instead of 20% of the white collar? Surely, it will change your mind!! The profit will jump so with the SP?

Only Sanjay and Ruffle not happy, and for that, I got the feeling why Johnathan Ling and Lyndsey retired last November because they couldn't agree with his proposal.

In short, his proposal is, hey, I am going to keep contract manufacturing division and Sanjay at the cost of 20% white collar worker and banish all share holders by privatisation. The truth is, he is a baby, and he had never success with one privatisation despite many attempts at multiple companies? You base your self on your admiration to him but sadly, the tide of all public listed companies rejected his proposal and only prove to me he is a baby. I said it years ago when arthur bach warned us about this coming recession and today, sadly I am still saying he's a baby.
