Actually, you have it in reverse. There's no need for CR should the company appreciates in value. PFS among other things need to help realise the current enterprise value of, Prairie alone $170-$800M (from the current sale price of $48M MC) and the company will have further funding from exercise of options for the short-medium term.. in addition to the $10M just raised and remaining cash in hand. It would also allow the economics for competitive loans (if there's a need especially if quickly scaling to production with modular approach).

Opex costs will be king in any PFS released in the next 12 months. Lithium wholesale price is fairly low for a while, meaning even traditionally cheap hard rock developers will be struggling for funding. Investment for new technology DLE will be harder.
