I personally think that if coal is unable to be shipped down the river due to low water levels then this should have been announced to the market by management. KRL last advised us on 23rd July that coal was being shipped down the river and believing their update I purchased more kangaroo shares. Does this entitle me to sue management for my loss as I have been mislead according to Nannooks latest update. Communications from krl to shareholders have been less than satisfactory and I sight the GPK update only brought about by an article in the Fin. Review as a classic example. According to posters on HC comments were made at the AGM regarding krls future direction yet nothing appeared in the announcement reporting the results of the meeting. I remain bullish on krl especially once they appoint a coo and get the coal sold down the river but I am less than impressed by their communication skills.
