WOW, what a grab for cash. This is crazy to dilute so cheaply. I guess when the Black Reef OIL CANS raising failed with sophisticated investors and there was no real JV partner to drill the only opton was the poor stockholders.... poor form OBL. Secondly, Pattersons is only interested in the fee for the underwriting. If Pattersons was really serious about the fortunes of this stock, a number of smaller raising could of been done running up to the drilling date. Again poor form OBL as you guys control the assets. IMO
