What they need to do is monetize during an oil boom over supply disruptions / Israel - IRAN - Saudi.
Then cashed up, WAIT for trump to get elected, who will open up domestic supply, be a peace maker, and the price of oil comes back to the low cycles, at which time, we BUY seed Acres.
CASH out at the oil high, pay out a capital return to shareholders, and buy back seed acres on trump dynamics.
