This doesn't need to be as bad as what "capital raise" sounds.

IDA has previous history of small non-dilutive raises, so I hope it will be the case this time e.g. just a million or two, for friends and family, and hopefully existing shareholders. I would chip in.

ICSID ad hoc Committee will certainly have a few hearing sessions - as a bureaucracy it's what they do, they wouldn't just reject Tanzania at the first hearing. In the meantime, I don't mind that the bounty is earning good interest.

The main risk now is that, while the hearings will be going for a while, it becomes more tempting to negotiate with Tanzania for smaller settlement. I would prefer going all the way, for the full amount (with interest).
