Well, I don't see increased carbon in the atmosphere as a bad thing. Just bigger trees, bigger veggies and bigger fruit.
Carbon is the building blocks of life.
And you know what Israel does really well at... Planting trees. Over 250 Million trees since the creating of the JNF (Jewish national fund)
Trees stop dust storms and can also prevent sandstorms, regulate temperatures etc.
Tell me again how many trees neighbouring Arab countries have planted?
