Pretty dull eh. Mainly requesting approval for remuneration and additional shares above the 15%. And of course, heaps of Ratifications.

I think there is a couple of interesting points.

The three directors below will put about 7 million diluting shares into the system, with no corresponding capital injection. A bit like printing money. See below.



I have no doubt that the above will succeed, and rightly so because it could be argued that NRZ might not be in its current position without their invaluable input.

However, I feel very much for Mr. Zhe Wang. He is straddling a barbed wire fence. Ok, you've paid him for his services with Nil Options.

Now you have to consider his $1 million worth of Placement Shares.


If you approve this, the poor bloke will immediately lose $500K, i.e., half his capital.

If you don't approve it, he will have to demand his money back or make a very generous contribution to NRZ.

How are you going to balance compassion against financial security? Good luck. All IMO.
