Thanks for your reply , but I think you missed the point intentionally or miss understood what I was referring to . Cost savings will be as followed:
    1) HX builds 280 m2 dwelling 1 day -team of 2 bricklayer and labour 2-3 weeks , no work on public days , rain , and heat and sick days . you are forgetting, you have a 5 million dollar plus machine on site with several people overlooking construction. It will have to be charged out more than standard bricklaying rates.

    2) Builder does not need to supply sand or cement or a lock up shed .they will require rendering or conventional brickwork to the external skin. They will have lot's of sand and cement required for completion.

    3) Builder does not need to supply scaffolding to wall plate height. For a single story home, they will require the same amount of scaffolding as a conventionally built home, they have rendering, eaves linings, gutters, facia and finishing.

    4) Builder does not need to hire a labourer to site clean and a truck to cart away waste and rubbish like he does on a conventional build . I agree to a certain extent. If a conventionally built masonry wall is to be constructed as an external skin, there will be considerable amount of waste, not to mention most of the the waste is from fitting out.

5)Builder does not need to hire labour for wall chasing , all services are fed down the block cores . hopefully that is the case, but it depends on what type of blocks they use.

    6) Builder will never have to rectify F ups which lead to down time and disagreements with bricklayers. There will be lot's of F ups. You have got to remember, the HX will only do what a human programs into it. Inconsistent slab deviations, lipping block's, inconsistent laying, temperature differences, an engineer might stipulate a certain amount of brick/block ties or reinforcement detail and the HX labourer doesn't follow details stipulated on plans and drawings, just to name a few.

7)Quantity F ups by Schedulers in builders office is a real problem that happens on many occasions on conventional builds at bricklaying stage(This will no happen with FBR programs) most builder's use CAD software now, it itemizes every single brick on a project, timber, tiles, glues, sand, cement. You can even bring up air quality in different rooms after construction.

    8) Reduced risk of accidents in the bricking stage only . yes I totally agree.

    9) There is no waste to the builder during bricklaying stage by HX . minimal for the HX wall component. Not for the conventional masonry that must be applied for our residential building codes.

    10) There will be no site theft of cement , lintels as it does occasionally happen on conventional builds .
A bag of cement is worth about $8 No one is stealing bags of cement and lintals a thief couldn't lift one that alone a steel beam that's not cut to their size. I've seen windows get stolen but not cement lol.

    11) There is no supervision from a builder from laying the slab to laying bricks/blocks to wall plate as this is FBR responsibility. Another item that the builder does not have to worry about or pay for . Absolutely disagree....ultimately the builder is responsible for the whole building site, please read a building contract. Any builder that would not supervise and oversee the construction of a slab or structural wall being built would be in breach of his or hers responsibility. Any contractor and the work they provide is the responsibility of the builder.

    12) The windows are retro fitted and pre ordered so there is no waiting for them to arrive on site . windows are not retrofitted. Windows come in standard sizes and have always been preordered from plans and specifications.

    13) The roof Timbers particularly Pre formed A frames are pre ordered as the building size is accurate to the drawing size . There is no need to site measure for roof timbers as in conventional builds so therefore saving waiting times on delivery
There is a misconception here lol. The roof framing company that was to supply the trusses for their first build wanted to first measure up. Trusses have always been ordered off the plan. Never been any different.

    14) Block glueing has been proven and stood the test of time in Europe for many years (refer to WB specifications) and their European climate is much harsher than ours . European specifications means nothing in other parts of the world. If you look at Weinberger block specifications, they are a lot different on how FBR are proposing to lay blocks.

    15) Every conventional build has warranty issues weather aesthetically or structurally why would FBR build be any different? I’m sure your aware of wall, slab , plaster cracks etc thousand of homes yearly. FBR would warrant any structural cracks just the same as bricklayers are held responsible for their work if faulty, no difference.
Inspired homes , Dale Alcock, Recadello developments, are all well know builders and DR Hortons taking a interest , BWK 17% share holder are all out of their depth also ? Sorry Troops , but you know how this makes you look ?I know mate it makes me look like a fool. Lack of contracts and the share price, tells a lot of the truth...
