respectfully, I think externally they've done pretty well with all the techsheets, designs, refurbs, etc... to me the EPA cluster f*** is the outlier. granted it's a pretty important one so the outcome has been disproportionally and justifiably bad.
however agree, 1 mtpa within 12months of approval remains the question as we dont have alot to go on to be super confident. after all though it is just a large scale washing machine and even at half that the projected output margins will be extraordinary.
