AVZ is currently in negotiations with the DRC Government to advance a memorandum of
understanding (MoU), which will provide a pathway to the granting of the Mining Licence for the
Manono Project and the resolution of all arbitrations between AVZ and DRC controlled entities.


Also the present B O D has had a huge amount of time to resolve this matter of a M L...imo
Just say what they want, do what they want, TAKE WHAT THEY WANT ...P R for what....imo
