Talk about a takeover of SWF at levels of "north of 40c" and "why would anyone accept an offer <50c" is purely delusional stuff.
From a standpoint of not destroying value, the only way it works for an industry incumbent acquirer is at a purchase price below 25c; above that level would require some off-the-charts, libertine assumptions requiring all manner of mental contortion.
