    I don't think either need to happen, the proposed up front % purchase lay down from buyers will fund material to make batteries, sales will then generate revenue and we will advance from there. IMO
    Then hopefully the full $700m DOE grant and we are sweet, idealistic I agree, but no need to sell assets I don't think
