Jesus fellas, take the money and run. They got a free-kick this year when interest rates went up fast enough to make up for how fast money on deposit was rushing out the door. It's a commodity product coming off a once in 20 year retail broking boom. It either gets bought by someone or it disappears in the next 18-24 months.
